To Smithereens is in my "to read list" - I think I read about it in the Times... I'm so far behind, my "to read" physical pile of books continues to grow, and I have too many books checked out at the library right now because a few holds all came in at the same time. Hoping to finish a study of generations titled ... "Generations" this weekend, and then my wife & some friends want to watch Margo's Got Money Troubles so I want to read that, quickly.
There are a lot of charts. I mean - a lot. How many boomers were in congress at a certain age, how many gen-xers in congress at that same age, etc. It's interesting, I read about it in some other book. < - - - not that great of a summary, I realize.

w a book about the history of smelling, called “the forgotten sense”
