Do you know why your parents picked Kip? My mother said she had no idea why she picked David, other than the example of King David in the Old Testament.
It was something my Grandmother suggested (mom's mom). I was going to be named Kevin but my grandmother suggested Kip and my mom went with it. I have no idea where she got it from.
I'm pretty sure my mom would have said "nah" to that one. At least I'd like to think so. Kip was hard enough to grow up with, I can't imagine being called Pip. Ugh...

I try to clear out my throat and chest as best I can before talk sets but I don't always get it all or it sneaks up on me.
My treatments were precautionary but still brutal. They said it shrunk my chances of it coming back from 50% to 15%. Quickly deducing the difference between 50 and 15 I agreed to do it and made it to all thirty treatments, despite how badly it hurt.
Damn, Kip. Glad you’re ok. And that you’re with us dishing out the sweet tunes. But mostly that modern medicine was advanced enough when you needed it.
