I was so excited by the coming of Robyn Hitchcock to Lawrence that I pulled out the one Kimberley Rew solo CD I have -- Tunnel Into Summer. It is wonderful from beginning to end. Why can't these guys work together? Saw them on the Soft Boys reunion tour in 2001.
i have an excellent "blueberry crumb" muffin playing the same role here.
but i ate a bagel fro breakfast - which is Full-on, absolute junkfood for me; so i will not eat the muffin 'till ~9pm.

More potato talk: I'm thinking I might make burgers tonight. I'd like fries with that; but making french fries at home is a lot of oil and labor. I could go frozen, but will more likely make Yukon golds cut into ~3/4in cubes and oven roasted in plenty of olive oil.

My go to baked potatoes. Bake till done then cut a big X across the top and then gently smash to expose the inners. Place gobs of butter all over the tops of the smash and then bake for another 15-20 min untill crispy golden.

Got me one of those Ooni backyard pizza ovens last year. The are great!! Mine is the gas version and with folding legs to take car camping. Trader Joe's has that pre made pizza dough ....... perfect for a campsite pizza partyUncle Michael:
