Did any of you pick up the Laguna Beach Happening boot of a boot that was making the rounds a few months ago? www.discogs.com...
It recordings from a festival put on by the Brotherhood of Eternal Love. There's excellent acid fueled/fried stage monologues between the songs. Amazingly all the artists are unidentified to this day. Plus the boot re-issue comes with blotter acid glued to the cover.

Scott From Boston:
Not a fan of psychedelics I’ve seen a lot of people get messed up on it… Like me doing seven hits of blotter acid because it just wasn’t working fast enough!!!oh youth
Yeah, I can only imagine what you've run into there...we had to visit the emergency room when the Electric Daisy Carnival was going on and it was quite busy
Only time I've been to that venue. It was OK but not cool like the old Ryman Auditorium, which was run-down & in danger of demolition then but thriving now.

Chili MacPagoda:
I just heard Third Stone From The Sun on the radio for the fourth time this week. Which means I’ve heard Jimi sing “Save thee Texas Prairie Chicken” four times as well. Aloha Z Dood ✌️
↳
Song:
"The Journey" by "The Carolyn Hester Coalition"
Love groops like this one, they sound like a 6ties suburban acid cult in the early innocent stages, right before it became outlawed. A hippie split level ranch in Pasadena lol
I can completely understand that I’ve had that shift before or at least similar… And it’s almost necessary. If I nap now I’m done. I’d be cooked for the whole day
I actually took ketamine a couple of times in the 70s. At least I think that's what it was. I have no idea what the dosage was, but it was a pretty heavy experience.
I’m creating a new award that will be presented 4x a year, Incredible Dad Joke. You are the inaugural recipient, congratulations to you, Mr. Hooserd. ;-)
