The Revillos have songs about monster love, caveman love, and scuba diver love, but "Sputnik Love" is not about extraterrestrial love.
It was on my show "Radio Misterioso" in the late 1990s. She and I were close for about a year. For me, it was like being with a celebrity, because of her claims and how outrageous they were. She was a lot of fun to hang out with.

if aliens from space are truly reptilian, they are cold-blooded - which seems like a disadvantage for traveling through space...
There are so many ideas about what an alien is. I have no idea how much validity there is to any of it, but I have enjoyed the subject since I was a child.
They are in a sort of in-between zone of being very quirky but also driven by pop hooks. Maybe it's an issue where they're too weird for the "normal" shows but not out-there enough for the weird ones?
I remember Mr. Fab spoke about aliens last Friday, saying he felt a lot of our alien media seems to project our own image onto them, like with the constant use of humanoid shaped aliens.
Yep, like JayC said, I was talkin about how creatures from a planet with less or more gravity than Earth's would get squished like a bug, or float off like a boolloon in our gravity. Yet they all just seem to step off their flying saucers without getting affected at all.
And yes, they all just seem to look like just slightly weirder versions of humans.
More realistically, they could be all around us, and we might not even recognize 'em. You could be looking at one now!
There are so many theories about that. I think the most interesting ones have to do with how our minds and memories process unfamiliar input so that it makes sense, no matter what actually happened.
