Persian American. Long affiliated with the Northern California "Asian American" jazz scene. Has made a study of intonation (I don't know if he would say micro-tones, but shaping intonation to match Persian and other scales.) Has recorded with Amir ElSaffar, and has several albums where he has retuned pianos according to his scales.

WR: A prelimary study has revealed that a subject was able to rouse from a comatose state to connect an internet sound receiving device to a specified sound source at a predetermined time when in a semi-comatose state and then return to the comatose state.

Follow up study will be required to assess the amount of perception and retention after a 60 minute period of having the internet sound device sounding while adjacent to said comatose subject's head. The follow up study will start with having the subject read the internet sound source "playlist" and associated "comments" and compare the contents with any recent or distant memories or impressions.

Correlation with a review of the subject's audio and reading activities before entering the comatose state, such as doom scrolling internet science headlines and summaries, will also be taken into account. Results are pending funding or caffeine ingestion adequate to motivate the researchers.
