No one's caught the person, nor are their intentions or political bent clearly ascertained. One picture has been captured.

My family was strolling along the waterfront, and a storm was brewing. Then a giant bolt of lightning struck super close to us. Everybody in the park was freaking out. It was loud.   🥺 ♥ 2:19pm
