this is the second time I "stumble upon" VVV. I like it! I love "the other kind of Italian music" (far from stereotypes) you play, Roman! It is new to me, as well :)

Paper Kosmonaut:
Hey there Roman. Greetings from Dutchyland.
that is next on my list...we've got a good crop of "new and cool" italian restaurants here in NYC, so hopefully I'll be at some of them setting the new vibe
I was in one such restaurant the other day and they were playing some Morricone AND Sven Libaek! The latter may have just been from a playlist, but I'll take a dose of Sven anytime
Hahaha! I have often looked for other vocalised tracks' lyrics but to no avail..
Although I have the feeling they must have been fully written out for the singers.
Yeah, knowing some of the composer personalities I can't imagine there wasn't serious direction on the proper vowels. But I need to keep my eye out for such a thing as well!
I am not at work but the image results in DuckDuckGo were quite tame. Western film soundtrack album covers and some other stuff but nothing to let me even blush a little.
not to get too technical, but some elements on the streaming side got a little weird during that Marchetti song. I wonder if it picks up on keywords???

Jay Current:
"The Locomotion" is like "Dancing in the Streets" - there's tons of covers and I don't think any ever equalled the original hits.
