So killer!! Those first bands are the ones that really stick with you -- I still remember the 1st ones I got into, and that includes punk in general! My buddy Justin made me a list and still remember getting into all the big ones that way (Bad Religion, Pennywise, Bigwig, Kill Your Idols, etc...)
I actually stood next to you while you were talking to people in pizza line! I was reading Stefan Zweig's Post Office Girl. I also got my sister to come up from southern Jersey with me ... I think I actually spoke to you at a record fair maybe 20 years ago!

You being at Webster Hall meant that I could show you around St. Mark's Place -- the area of the city I grew up roaming around! So killer to hang there with you -- and you should probably do something about those unforgiving Doc Martens 😂
I was wearing a zip up sweater I think? I figured it looked more Mr Rodgers than "cool." Next time I'll say hello! On a separate note, those Garlic "nots" were next level insane.

YES I wish I would have gotten on of those garlic knots ---they're more like light pull apart challah bread only very garlicy-yum !
