It bothered me because it would get no darker than it would be in New York at 8pm during the summer which is not that dark. So I would be up at 3am but my mind thought it was 8pm. Also, I was only there 2 weeks. I'm sure I would've acclimated. 🎷 4:13am

If I didn't have room darkening curtains plus a WFMU sleep mask, it would definitely disrupt my sleep. Otherwise the only disruption is that no matter how tired I am or how early I have to get up, it's really hard to go to bed at 11 when the sun is still shining. 🎷 4:15am
