When I say "In the can", it just means that all the prep is done. This week's show will be totally live but I've got all the discs pulled and in broadcast order...and the playlist info that I publish is already entered.
The other show I've got on tap for the following week is all pre-recorded (except for my mic breaks which will be live). It will be my 4th annual non-stop dance party!
Doing all of that and going live without a safety net….I salute 🫡 ya, Stuuuuuuuu. And I remember the dance partay from last year! I’ve been doing so much yoga & Pilates recently to be extra limber on that dance 🕺 floor
