FWIW--There is a section of Belleville, NJ called Silver Lake too. It has a light rail station that travels to Newark Penn Station. Not sure if it is becoming gentrified as yet. Developers are hoisting up hastily constructed 'luxury units' there as they are in Newark and the Greater Newark area.
