Hey, KM! Check out the Wikipedia page on Paul Winchell. The voice of Tigger was a Renaissance Man and a better ventriloquist than Edgar Bergen. By a long shot! 💥🐯💥

OMG I do not need assorted picnic ants. We have an actual ant war going on near me: two large colonies of two different species have found each other and they are both displeased.
There's a Love American Style segment with Paul Winchell and Shari Lewis as shy ventriloquists on a date who can only communicate through their dummies.
I met George Benson briefly in my late teens—he was doing a radio interview leading up to playing a local jazz festival. My mother was *incredibly* jealous.

Once again the kids gather round,
To bask in that Rock n Soul glow,
Of those spinning discs and that beautiful sound,
We all know and love as Retro Obscuro.
It takes up most of my listening so I would say about less than 8 hours a day. Mostly at work tbh, I didn't realize that I was watched that closely on the boards lol

Scott From Boston:
It's retro, it's obscure, and it's Mama! I'm in!
Just an observation as I've taken to some late night listening on after my work day has ended. It's good to see friends I recognize.......tells me I'm on the right track(s) 🥸
I only seem to listen to other stations when I am home. On my Foobar 2k setup I have an internet radio thingie that I have added multiple stations (all discovered via WFMU)
Anytime I see one of those old-fashioned satellite dishes, it reminds me of that one ray cannon that the JSDF always shoots at Godzilla that never actually seems to work.

Ellen:
Oh, I forgot to mention KM: You played an instrumental thing a while back "by" Ira Allen and the Renegades, called Renegade. Turned out that was really Roy Wood. I met an older Roy Wood a few times when I lived in Canada: he was playing with a gypsy-ish outfit called Hot Club Sandwich.
