It was adapted to VHS tape, at my high school! 😉It's probably been filmed and shown in artsy venues other times as well. My high school started the drama season in the fall with "The Knight of One Ax"/night of four one-acts, one of which was "Trotsky", and then adapted to video afterwards with the players.
