Is Kendraplex involved w LCD? I submitted today. And then 10’ later, again.

Here’s my 100 words. 100 or so, I think-

I have 4 $1 bets w friend Steve, baseball related. Hes won 3 while I expect to win last. But Thats only if Alonso does not homer tomw. But spkng of Saturday, I’m going to cut worms / tchotchke, thx to Todd who had a pair of tix. I called 201-200-9368 and he picked up. Yay; I shoulda gone out and buy a lottery ticket. Then Sunday I plan on theater, a musical near union sq park. Wait. I meant to type theaTAH, the hoity toity version. Wait, Prison sounds really good. But don’t give me the tix, someone else deserves them. Ok. Fingers tired. People bored. End. And end.

Rockity: Is this 100 words?
Hi Kendra,

That was a really great interview with Yr Knives. I like how your questions are both specific and open ended. I’ve been thinking a lot about my own relationship with music as a listener - I don’t know anything technical about music, really, but I find myself listening more closely to stray instrument parts, interesting flickers of static, the way the music fits into my ears and the wrinkles of my brain.
I want to learn to play something. As a way to bring me more in tune with the wild stray sounds that somehow magically become whole, complete songs.

Avatar 11:22pm
kendraplex: again?
  11:29pm
janelleppinmules: Here is my 100-word essay

"Slam" is a song by American hip hop group Onyx. It was released on May 11, 1993 by JMJ Records and Rush Associated Labels as the second single from Onyx's debut album, Bacdafucup. The song introduced slamdancing into hip-hop. "Slam" was Onyx's breakthrough single, making it to number 4 on the US Billboard Hot 100 and was the group's second straight single to make it to number 1 on the Hot Rap Singles for two weeks. The single was first certified Gold on July 7, 1993, before being certified Platinum on August 10, 1993. According to group member Fredro Starr, the song has sold about 5 million copies.
