U just know that the jazz police put them there too >:(
8:09pm
huffman:
hello flan i'm here for the grooves
♥
8:10pm
flannery:
i read sonny rollins notebooks but it had a lot in there about training yr bowels to play the saxophone after dinner which made me think he actually didnt want it to get published
♥
8:12pm
flannery:
im interested in its novelty value but if i ever came home to a bunch of little cat turds in the toilet?? i'd be upset
8:14pm
Brian:
I tried to do this to my cat and he was admittedly very dumb but this backfired horrifically. The Charles Mingus advice to take is the egg nog recipe and the stuff in Beneath The Underdog about having sex
♥
8:17pm
flannery:
i got one that was a reprint of tuesdays child and it was extremely slippery
8:18pm
huffman:
we hate a slippery facsimile
8:20pm
huffman:
i'd rather have a slippery facsimile than the facts slip outta me
8:20pm
tenzig:
started this show off by walking to the liquor store and back listening via phone in my shirt pocket, no headphones. it's a little chilly but no jacket. band prac cancelled due to illness but everyone's fine. that's the wednesday report
♥
8:20pm
flannery:
yr fascimiles gotta be a little lubricated but this was crazy
♥
8:21pm
flannery:
oh wow excellent. tenzig do you have a music on bike setup? i have one but im too self conscious
♥
8:22pm
flannery:
one time i was listening to nts and they played like a 13 minute version of "amazing grace"... i can't be seen riding my bike to amazing grace
🐛♥
8:23pm
Dan S:
Happy Earth Day, flannery, fellow listeners. I've been a bit busy to comment much, but I am listening. Mostly. :)
8:23pm
tenzig:
yes! you convinced me to get a bluetooth speaker for house use and then i realized it's perfectly sized to go in the water bottle cage on my bike! so i'm frequently jamming on the bike path, usually thelonious monk, live sam cooke, or misfits demos
8:23pm
little danny:
lol!
8:23pm
little danny:
Still think u should flannery
♥
8:23pm
Mr Moistache:
Hello flannery. Yet another fantastic food preparation set! Thank you for making cooking oh so enjoyable after a lifetime of cooking for others
8:24pm
little danny:
What u do is play yer own show… no amazing grace
♥
8:25pm
flannery:
hi dan s, happy earth day to you too :) she's beautiful isn't she
Djing the real world via bike!!!! I do enjoy hearing what people choose to play while biking
♥
8:27pm
flannery:
im having some bluetooth speaker woes bc my forever bedside one is rejecting its micro usb cord... jeez if that aint annoying. hi mr. moistache!
♥
8:27pm
flannery:
i really like the doppler effect of bikes playing tunes especially in tunnels
8:27pm
tenzig:
the only thing i hate is how loud the "bluetooth connection" sound is. no one sells one where this is considered. i looked into hacking it but you have to zap the P-RAM or something, it's beyond me
Oh no! And you can’t just put it on one of the touch chargers I’m sure
8:30pm
huffman:
finish jazz...god i hope i never do
8:30pm
anna in chicago:
i have a few speakers from ultimate ears - i feel like their bluetooth connection sounds aren't that intrusive. it's like a tiny drum roll.
Impossible! There is so much great new (the last 20 years or so) coming out and I find new faves every day! Thanks to rad radio like New Flanland and others
♥
8:32pm
flannery:
no its really annoying. theres a nice place here called free geek thats just all the stupid cords u need for $1 but no luck
♥
