Mr. Oxford:
Hi DJ GG! Sorry I have not been able to reply to your email. Glad you liked the documentary I sent!
Great theme for today! I have been thinking about how anxious/worried/hesitant I always get, but Mr. Waters seems to be the opposite - fearless and bold.

Anyone have a favourite Jon Waters movie?
I have only seen two thus far. I will not forget the experience of watching Female Trouble in a really old theatre in Helsinki with people laughing at the right times.

Listening to your groovy tunes through my stereo 👍🏻
I know nothing about John Waters & his films. I shall carry on sorting out my CDs 😝
Hey Beany! John Waters' films had lines like this one - "I guess there's just two kinds of people, Miss Sandstone, my kind of people, and assholes. It's rather obvious which category you fit into."

I've got everything backed up, but if and when my laptop finally dies I'm going to have a hell of a time finding files to put back onto the eventual replacement.
A highly elegant and cultured city. Surprisingly warm today, too. Though I've just got off a boat on the Danube, and the wind off the river has chilled me a touch. Hot coffee now reviving. Though I'm avoiding a chimney cake...

Mr Fab:
GG! Was so looking forward to this episode but been to busy too listen so far. Grrr…
Seen almost all of Water’s films, read most of his books - he’d be among first inductees to a Sheena’s Hall of Fame.
And the maintenance of those NASes I do all manually.

Mr Fab:
A John Waters special and you guys are talking about computers?!? I want to hear some dog-poop eating stories, and I wanna hear em NOW!

3:37pm
Paper Kosmonaut:
Damn, Georgy! the tunes this week are dynamite.
We have an unbelievably good new grindhouse cinema in London called The Nickel, and John Waters recorded a pre film message which starts "Greetings perverts, degenerates and cinephiles of London" - it makes me smiles every time I watch it.
There was a hobo letting his dog take a dump in the (private) garden of the provincial archives where I work today. Just to be provoking. And then shouting at the provoked.

3:41pm
Mr Fab:
I just moved my pink flamingo xmas lights to my office from my bar area. As sadly, I spend a lot more time in my work-from-home room than the bar.
