I played this album a lot when I was 18.   7:11pm
Tim in Seattle: Very sad to hear about Dee Palmer passing. On a side note, I was listening to BBC6 Freak Zone last week and they played The Grateful Dead Terrapin Station and I noticed it was riddled with Jetheo Tull type Medieval passages. I just checked, that was not Palmers orchestration, not quite that detailed. Avatar Swag For Life Member 7:12pm
Peter from Saranac Lake NY:

Martin Barre: criminally underrated musician. Avatar 🤯 Swag For Life Member 7:12pm

In response to the criticism they received over the award, Jethro Tull's record label took out an advertisement in Billboard magazine with a picture of a flute (part of their trademark sound) lying amid a pile of iron rebars and the line, "The flute is a heavy, metal instrument!"
