No. I was there on holiday in the Autumn of ‘77 and Alan Parsons and his manager/partner Eric Wolfson gave me a tour of Abbey Road (EMI Studios back then) and Pilot was in the studio. I love Pilot but I was hoping Paul McCartney would walk in - LOL
Wow, that's a freaky coincidence. I was playing sessions then With AP (through Ian Bairnson), and was often at Abbey Road 75-78. Met a bunch of people, but not a lot of resulting work. Alan and Eric were 2 tall fellows, and Clive Davis is even taller!
I was at Arista at the time and just loved working with Alan and Eric - led me to meeting and becoming friends with Colin Blunstone. Yes, over 6’ Tall. Clive? Tall talent and personality but not height!

Prince passed away 10 years ago this week!
Rod Argent retired from touring but Colin still tours. Ed and I are seeing him in London in late May. He did One One Year in its entirety last year which became a live CD and DVD.
It's wonderful and amazing that the Bevis Frond have a new album out. Nick Saloman co-hosted a fantastic radio show on MIT's WMBR for years—sadly it ended a while back, but the playlists (if not the audio archives) are still available. track-blaster.wmbr.org...
No! Chris is fine, good. Rod had some health issues a few years ago so he retired from touring but is fine. All four original remaining members are good, healthy.
Oops I’m in charge of entering the songs and my list was flipped. But duh, Melani, that was obviously not Lazarus😵💫 which by the way, I saw in NYC and London.
I am SO JELLY. I watched Lazarus on a one time PPV event. I came within MINUTES of getting tickets to the opening of Lazarus in NYC...
