Wendy del Formaggio:
Greetings, Wrecking Crew! It's raining pretty hard here at the Bellows Falls Yacht Club. We have umbrellas, but the cabin boys are hanging out indoors, getting snacks ready. Have a seat.
Most of their reading is the NETFLIX menu, so it probably doesn't matter. Me and the Oxford punctuation plan on retiring together up north somewhere, since no one wants us anyway
I also enjoyed the newsletter: Concert ticket stub time machine

No, In all seriousness, I too do not care for them. I have a particular liking for semicolons when the independent clauses are very closely related. Otherwise it is a full-stop for me.

I think there's a no sanity rider. If there's sanity, no one even shows up. We have a very weird social contract on this tour.

One interesting thing. In Hindi within any short sentence or clause, you can rearrange the order of the words, and it does not change the meaning. However the clause is a boundary through which words cannot be transposed without changing the meaning of a sentence.
Same here, though I had trouble deciding if this wonderful set was telling me to stay in bed or to finally get up. Ultimately, the warm shower beckoned…
