Oh man! IIRC it was on Mass Ave between Boylston and Huntington, on the opposite side of the street from Berklee-- I want to say at the entrance to a restaurant or apartment. It might not still be there; I first saw it maybe 20 years ago and haven't been down there in quite some time, but every time I've thought to look I was still able to find it.

Addicted to caffeine? Let's see. 7-8 cups of expresso a day in my 20's. 6-7 cups of regular coffee in my 40's. Now in my 60's and down to 3 cups of coffee a day. Sure, I'm addicted. But at the rate I have cut down over time, I should beat this addiction by the time I am dead. Progress!

I think it was just a part of my work routine, and when that got all upsot, it just didn't stick. I would always pick up a large coffee and a bagel on my way into work. Then once were stuck working at home, I noticed that I was ignoring the cup K8 would give me because by the time she got up and made coffee, I'd already been working for like three hours. Eventually I told her I'd grab one if I wanted one, and then I never did, so it just kind of faded out. Wasn't a conscious decision to quit. It just kind of happened.

They played on Cape Cod two saturdays ago, and I think they were in NY somewhere this past Thursday. Elsmere was my spotTerrDE: In the 80s we'd go as a family. Kids were 8 and 7 , so perfect. I had Graphite trucks put on a pair of Adidas running shoes. They told me that I needed the " ankle support" of trad boots. Nope. The shoes were fine and much easier on and off.
