Oh indeed - Elizabeth Montgomery🔥(since surpassed by Lee Remick circa the 60s era) & i suppose Nicole Kidman puts out authentic witch vibes. imo, Elizabeth Taylor was fairly witch-adjacent. 😏 😜 🤷♂️

Chris in Kensington Bklyn:
Not sure if this counts, but the Carole Kane character from Princess Bride? I mean, she did deny it in the film: “I’m not a witch, I’m your wife!”
Otherwise, Madame Mim from Sword in the Stone! Martha Wentworth, chewing up the scenery.
Carol Kane - interesting choice. Although I get an overall “good witch vibe” from her, she indeed has a witchy quality = see her in ‘the Mafu Cage’ & ‘when a stranger calls’ from the 70s. Kane & Schwartzman were really fabulous together in recent film ‘Between the Temples’ (2024).

oh yea, of course, Agnes Moorhead definitely had a witchy quality! 👏 🧙♀️👏
Great Link, too! I saw him once back in the '90's at a small club in Houston called The Satellite Lounge. I saw a ton of good shows there! One of my fave old clubs in Houston when I lived there. Long gone now!
Dayymm .. Yeah would have loved to have seen Link... One one trip to the USA we we going to see Dick Dale but he died just after the show was anounced... mega bummer
That is a complete bummer! Reminds me of me trying to see Charles Bradley twice around the time when I was new in Austin and back to TX from CA. He had to cancel twice and then he passed away 😔

Digging the microtone set. Reading about it now. Seems straightforward conceptually but proabably infinitely complex to learn.

+1 for the microtonal deep dive!
