in any case, it's an interesting theory; but using the same standards then there's racism in millions of things we use every day.
it is as one chooses it to be. some people cry "appropriation" when an american artist uses african elements in his music...not acknowledging the african musicians' "appropriation" of "western" music before that.

what most people call "music theory" is racist in it's core. eurocentrist. the "well-tempered scale" and the piano are essentially married to each-other. so, in that sense it to this day reflects racism.
...as does irish step dancing; the volkswagen; gospel music; face veils; etc etc
