because it wasn't nor was the minidisc.
- but then it was.
there're many precursors to the piano; it's invention was inevitable.

in any case, it's an interesting theory; but using the same standards then there's racism in millions of things we use every day.
it is as one chooses it to be. some people cry "appropriation" when an american artist uses african elements in his music...not acknowledging the african musicians' "appropriation" of "western" music before that.
it is as one chooses.
what most people call "music theory" is racist in it's core. eurocentrist. the "well-tempered scale" and the piano are essentially married to each-other. so, in that sense it to this day reflects racism.
...as does irish step dancing; the volkswagen; gospel music; face veils; etc etc

that might be true if people were intelligent. but the overwhelming majority of people have been sufficiently dummed-down and will use every tiny tidbit and theory as fuel for hatred and resentment.
using terms like "black" and "white" is no exception: it perpetuates racism.
separation in any way perpetuates racism.
i certainly do desire all history to be fully disclosed to everyone; but that's a theory - based on historical fact, but ignoring other historical fact. Avatar 🦚 Swag For Life Member 4:58pm
