So glad the TWISTED TEENS are playing on Rock and/or Roller Derby tonight. Their NYC show's doors were at 10pm!!! Not rock and roll at a reasonable hour.
I opted for the LOOSEY record release show. Doors at a very reasonable 7pm.
Thanks for having Twisted Teens on at a reasonable hour, Suzy!

Suzy! So great to hear your voice—I was biking around the city today, helmet firmly strapped to head, in no small part due to efd's relating of your recent tale of cranial woe

Hello Suzy. Two weeks ago I went to my first ever roller derby. One of the skaters had your number 55 and I really had to control myself from heckling her for stealing your number.
Just caught The Lemon Twigs' show in Tompkins Square Park a few hours ago, humongous hat tip to any band that plays on an outside stage through the drizzle—they were great

Hot set from a hot band. Mr. Hollywell sounds like a smart MFer. Why are they not playing Toronto?? We need Twisted Teens!!!
Prof! Are you familiar with Kurt Ballou of Converge and founder of God City Instruments (GCI guitars)? He has a sweet fuzz pedal called the nojofuzz that uses NOS germanium transistors, so each pedal has it's own unique sound. Also sells pcbs of some models
