there can never be enough good Ethiopian places, imho -- years ago, there was an amazing place on Bergen Avenue in Jersey City -- HUGE portions of incredible food, unbelievably inexpensive, and lovely warm people running the place (family, iirc? i always ran into the Mom or Grandma!) -- knowing me, i probably still have their menu *somewhere * . . . sadly, they closed, waaay before that area of JC started getting all high-rised and gentrified 😿😿
(but honestly, i don't know if any of the pod-people that are moving into all the high rises would even know where/what Ethiopia is!)
