Tao Xuezhen emphasized that Dianping holds a very clear stance on AI-generated reviews—opposed and resistant, because AI reviews should not appear on a community bulletin board. "AI may use polished language, but it hasn't eaten that meal. Moreover, the hallucination problem in real-world applications of AI is still very serious, which undermines the authenticity of reviews."
