IT Home (IT之家) June 24 news - Ubisoft's pirate-themed action-adventure game Skull and Bones (碧海黑帆) has received another permanent price cut on the Steam platform starting today, with the standard edition now priced at 109 yuan. Currently, the lowest price globally is in the Ukraine region, at approximately 93.7 yuan.

It is worth noting that the game's standard edition was previously reduced from 198 yuan to 128 yuan in October 2025, and this marks the second permanent price adjustment.

During the Steam "Ocean Game Festival" in May 2026, all editions of Skull and Bones (碧海黑帆) were offered with a limited-time 90% discount, with the standard edition selling for just 12.8 yuan, the deluxe edition for 16.8 yuan, and the premium edition for 24.8 yuan (the promotion ended on May 27, 2026).

Skull and Bones (碧海黑帆) originally started as a spin-off expansion for Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag (刺客信条：黑旗), but after multiple direction changes and complete overhauls, it was finally released on February 16, 2024. The market response after the game's launch was far below expectations. On August 23, 2024, when "Skull and Bones" was released on Steam, the peak concurrent player count was only 394.
