2. 安装：

# mkdir ~/.local/share/fonts
# cp /vol_1t/Downloads/steel_city_comic/Steel_City_Comic/scb.ttf  ~/.local/share/fonts/
# fc-cache -fv

3. 安装依赖

sudo apt install texlive-publishers texlive-pstricks texlive-science texlive-fonts-extra xfig librsvg2-bin graphviz gnuplot

4. 编译

make 1c
