麒麟和win10双系统出现时间差异的问题

win10安装openkylin双系统，进麒麟系统后再进win10，时间会出现8小时的误差，最简单的解决办法是在麒麟系统执行如下命令就可以了 sudo timedatectl set-local-rtc 1
