1、pull 

docker pull apache/kafka:4.1.2 # 稳定版

Kafka 4.1.2 不需要 ZK,直接 KRaft 模式

2、宿主机IP 192.168.91.164

      docker run  kafka1、kafka2、kafka3

 节点 1(kafka1)

3、验证集群

 ./kafka-metadata-quorum.sh --bootstrap-server 192.168.91.164:9092 describe --status

能看到 LeaderId 和 3 个 Voters 就说明集群正常
