Goldschmidt is in his second season playing for the Yankees.
The 38-year-old came into the night batting .200 with ten hits, two home runs, seven RBI’s and 12 runs in his first 17 games of the 2026 season.
He has also spent time playing for the Arizona Diamondbacks and St. Louis Cardinals over 16 seasons in the MLB.

After their loss on Friday, the Yankees dropped to 26-13 in 39 games, which still as them as the first-place team in the American League East.
They are 12-7 in 19 games on the road away from the Bronx.
Following one more game in Milwaukee, the Yankees will had to Baltimore for a series with the Orioles that starts on Monday night.
