On Tuesday night, the New York Yankees are playing the Baltimore Orioles at Camden Yards for the second game of their series.

Paul Goldschmidt got the start as the team’s leadoff hitter.

He hit his second home run in the past three games.

The MLB wrote: “Paul Goldschmidt homers on the first pitch of the game!”

With his home run, Goldschmidt also moved up on the all-time list, as he is now tied with Hall of Famer Carlton Fisk (376) for 81st.

Goldschmidt is in his second season playing for the Yankees.

He came into the night batting .246 with 14 hits, three home runs, nine RBI’s and 13 runs in his first 19 games of the 2026 season.

The 38-year-old still provides a lot of value for the Yankees.
