On Tuesday evening, the Philadelphia Phillies will open up their series with the San Francisco Giants (at home).
The Phillies are coming off a series where they lost two out of three to the Atlanta Braves (in Georgia).
Ahead of Tuesday’s game, the team announced the news that they had fired manager Rob Thomson after part of five seasons at the helm.
