Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are moving forward with plans for their upcoming wedding, though many details remain private. As the couple keeps specifics under wraps, attention has shifted to Kelce’s inner circle and who could stand beside him on the big day.

According to journalist Rob Shuter’s Naughty But Nice Substack, the couple has already set a date, even as the location remains undisclosed.

“There’s a date — but no venue,” a source told Shuter. “The truth is, no one knows exactly where it will be yet. Not even the guests.”

The report added that the secrecy is intentional.

“They want total control — and total privacy,” the insider said. “Details won’t be shared until the very last minute.”

With planning underway, Kelce’s closest relationships offer insight into who could be part of his wedding party.

Travis Kelce’s Inner Circle Includes Family and Longtime Friends

Kelce has maintained a tight-knit group of family members and longtime friends throughout his NFL career, many of whom have supported him since before his rise to fame.

His brother, Jason Kelce, is widely viewed as a leading candidate for best man. The brothers share a close bond and co-host the podcast “New Heights,” where they often discuss their lives and careers.

“He’s a special person and his personality, the way he carries himself, he’s fun to be around, he’s smart … and he’s just a good-intentioned human being,” Jason said during a 2023 NFL on NBC interview. “I wish, in a lot of ways, I was more similar to Trav.”

Their relationship has played a significant role in Kelce’s life. After Travis was dismissed from the University of Cincinnati football program in 2010 following a positive marijuana test, Jason supported him and helped him return to the team.

Kelce’s childhood friends also remain central to his inner circle. Aric Jones, who lived with Kelce in their 20s, has frequently been seen at Chiefs games and even spent time with Swift during the 2023–2024 NFL season.

Mahomes has also spoken about Kelce’s personality amid increased public attention.

“Travis has always been Travis,” Mahomes said to Pro Football Talk in 2024. “He’s still Travis Kelce. He still will walk through the stadium and treat every single person like they’re his best friend. And he’s going to be like that in the locker room every single day.”

Other potential members of Kelce’s wedding party include Ross Travis, a former teammate with the Kansas City Chiefs, and Harry Clark, a longtime friend who has joined Kelce at major events.
