Sometime during these message exchanges, the 15-year-old girl was sent a Snapchat from Jimenez. The Snapchat picture had the caption, “But if we meet up, would you do grown-up things?”

AJ: I hope everything goes well and we’ll talk again in a few years, beautiful.

G: Why you do that?

AJ: The fact that…what? I don’t understand. It was a mistake talking to you, I don’t want any problems.

G: Why would there be problems? You knew I was 15.

AJ: Yes, but I didn’t say anything to you, I was just talking to you.

G: You said we would do adult things and tried to meet up.

AJ: Because you can’t, you’re 15 years old.

G: You knew that from the beginning. And you still tried to meet and do “adult things.”
