San Antonio Spurs star Stephon Castle exited Sunday’s Game 4 vs the Portland Trail Blazers after suffering an apparent hand injury.
Castle, 21, appeared to hurt his right hand in the first half during a Blazers fast break.

Replay showed Castle grimacing after his hand was contacted during play.
According to ESPN’s Malika Andrews, Castle was taken back to the locker room to receive an X-ray on his hand.
Castle was the Spurs’ leading scorer with 33 points in a crucial Game 3 without Victor Wembanyama, who was out due a concussion suffered in Game 2.
