On Friday night, the Los Angeles Angels will be in Kansas City to open up a series with the Royals.
The Angels are coming off a 7-3 win over the Toronto Blue Jays (at home).
Mike Trout finished with one home run and two walks in three at-bats.

Before the game, Trout made a post to Instagram (on Thursday).

Trout is in the middle of his 16th MLB season (all with the Angels).
The future Hall of Famer is currently batting .239 with 21 hits, eight home runs, 17 RBI’s, 25 runs and four stolen bases in 25 games.

Despite turning 35 later this season (and having an injury history, Trout is still one of the best players in baseball when he is in the lineup.
He is a three-time MVP and 11-Time MLB All-Star.

The Angels are currently 12-14 26 games, which has them as the third-place team in the American League West.
