Thank you, and good morning to all. Welcome to our first quarter 2026 earnings call. I'm Dave Schaeffer, Cogent's CEO. Joined with me on today's call is Tad Weed, our Chief Financial Officer.

A few key events and other significant matters in the quarter. I want to recognize some of the key achievements that we have made in the quarter. We have stated in previous calls, we intend to monetize 24 of our Sprint data centers that we acquired either via outright sale or leasing the acquired space on a wholesale basis.
