With us today, we have Bimergen Co-CEOs, Robert Brilon; and Cole Johnson. We will begin with a brief presentation in a moment, and then we'll answer -- we'll open up the event for your questions. We're going to go through the full deck today. There's some of you out there probably already know who we are and what we do, but we want to give everybody an opportunity to understand that we are a utility-scale battery energy storage system builder, operator, owner, developer.
