Perfect. Maybe just to start at a higher level for those less familiar with the story. Can you briefly describe sabirnetug and its mechanism of action.

Sure. So just to introduce Acumen, real briefly, Acumen is a clinical stage company that is committed to advancing better treatment options for people living with Alzheimer's disease. Sabirnetug is our lead program. It's a humanized monoclonal antibody that has high selectivity for soluble toxic A-beta oligomers and that mechanism and for sabirnetug is one of the ways we think it has the potential to really differentiate on safety and efficacy measures for patients. That program is in Phase II study that will read out late this year. We can go into more of the details on that. But it's a very exciting time in the field and for Acumen. A second program that we've described in the last 12 months involves using enhanced brain delivery, so taking some of our therapeutic cargoes, sabirnetug and sabirnetug-like antibodies and using receptor-mediated transcytosis to deliver more of that payload into the brain and interstitial
