Thank you, and good morning to everyone. On behalf of the members of our Board and our more than 3,200 employees across Canada and the United States, I would like to welcome you to our Annual Meeting of Shareholders, and thank you for being with us today, whether you're joining us virtually or in person. I'll begin by introducing the members of the Stella-Jones senior management team who are sharing the stage with me today. You will have the opportunity to hear from them during the meeting, and there will be a question-and-answer period following their prepared remarks. First, I'd like to introduce Eric Vachon, President and Chief Executive Officer of Stella-Jones. Mr. Vachon also serves as Executive Director of the Board. Joining Eric are Silvana
