Hello, everyone. Thanks so much for joining us for the conference and for this session. My name is Joanna Gajuk, I cover healthcare providers at Bank of America. It's my pleasure now to host this session with Addus -- Addus HomeCare, that sounds even better. And today, with us, we have an entire team. All right. So there's, I guess, a lot of things to cover. But maybe first, I'd like to start in terms of your volumes, right? And I guess the first quarter, while you saw some volatility around weather and such, but I guess trends were pretty good when it comes to the volumes, especially exiting the quarter, sounds like it. So can you kind of talk about maybe the progression through the quarter to kind of get a sense of how things were going through the quarter, and then as you exited, and maybe any updates in terms of how the April or maybe even early May is tracking when it comes to census?
