Thank you, Tara, and welcome, everyone, to Humacyte's virtual webinar describing the current unmet needs in dialysis access for patients who have kidney failure. As many of you know, we have been engaged in a Phase III program looking at the safety and the efficacy of Humacyte's Acellular Tissue Engineered Vessel or ATEV, in its function as an access for hemodialysis and specifically comparing this access to patients who receive the current gold standard, which is fistula.
