Welcome to our first quarter earnings call. This is Al Nahmad, Chairman and CEO. And with me is A.J. Nahmad, the President; Paul Johnston, Barry Logan and Rick Gomez. Ultimate results may differ materially from the forward-looking statements. First quarter results point to improving stability now that the transition to A2L products has matured. We expect a more simplified business environment this year, but it is still early in our selling season, but so far, so good. We're also excited to announce our agreement to acquire Jackson Supply, a legendary market-leading Sunbelt distributor with $230 million in annual sales.
