[Audio Gap] Slate Grocery REIT. My name is Andrea Stephen. I'm the Chair of the Board of Trustees for Slate Grocery REIT. I'm joined here today by various members of the REIT senior management. I'd like to introduce Blair Welch, Chief Executive Officer of the REIT; and Joe Pleckaitis, Chief Financial Officer of the REIT. I'd also like to introduce the other trustees joining us today, if they could stand, we have to, when your names called, Colum Bastable, Patrick Flatley, Mary Vitug, Blair Welch and Brady Welch. I would also like to recognize 2 of our trustees, Christopher Chee and Marc Rouleau, who are not in attendance in person, but are joining us virtually today.

In addition, Robert Rourke and Jane Lapay, they're the representatives from our auditors, Deloitte LLP are also present. Before I begin the formal part of the meeting, I would like to review a few procedural matters. This meeting is being held in a hybrid format. For those attending virtually, the screen displays instructions on how to participate in the meeting, vote and submit questions. Only registered unitholders and duly appointed proxy holders who are properly registered and present in person at the meeting or are properly participating in the virtual meeting platform as described in the REIT's management information circular dated March 25, 2026, may vote at the meeting.
