Thank you, Bryce, and good morning, everyone. I'm here today with Marc Horstman, our President and Chief Operating Officer; and Lee Shuman, who recently joined us as our new Chief Financial Officer. Lee brings a strong track record in energy project finance, and we're glad to have him on board for this pivotal period in our company's history. Let me tee things up for Marc and
