Thank you, [Kalani]. I'd like to welcome you all to the 2026 Annual General Meeting of the Shareholders of Thinkific Labs. I'm Russ Mann, Chair of the Board of Directors. Joining me today are the other members of our Board being Greg Smith, Thinkific's CEO; Paula Boggs, Lori Ell, Melanie Kalemba, and Jean Lavigueur.

Non-director participants include Leigh Ramsden, Thinkific's CFO; Jeremy Chan, VP General Counsel and Corporate Secretary; and Joo-Hun Kim, Head of Investor Relations.
