Thank you all very much for taking time from your busy schedules to attend today. As stipulated in Article 13 of Articles of Incorporation, I will act as Chairperson of this meeting. I hereby declare the opening of the 46th Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. This meeting utilizes an online attendance system, allowing shareholders to vote and ask questions via the Internet.

Our directors, Mr. Masami Iijima and Ms. Keiko Erikawa are absent today due to unavoidable circumstances. The agenda today is just as stated in the notice of convocation posted on our website. I also report that meeting has a quorum. Now our moderator will explain the proceedings of this meeting.
