Good afternoon. My name is Susan Peterson, and I'm the Chair of the Board of Directors of Vista Group International Limited. And on behalf of the Board and our senior leadership team, it's my pleasure to welcome you to our Annual Shareholders' Meeting for 2026. Now before we begin the business of this meeting, it's my great pleasure to introduce my fellow directors. In no particular order, we have James Miller, who chairs our Audit and Risk Committee and sits on our Nomination and Remuneration Committee. We have Cris Nicolli, who chairs our Nomination and Remuneration Committee and also sits on our Audit and Risk Committee. We have Claudia Batten, who sits on both our Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
