Good morning, ladies and gentlemen. Dear shareholders, I hereby open the Annual General Meeting of Euronext N.V. My name is Piero Novelli, and I am the Chairman of Euronext Supervisory Board. I welcome you on behalf of the Supervisory Board and the Managing Board of Euronext NV to our 12th Annual General Meeting as a listed company. Please turn off your mobile or mute your mobile phones during the meeting. Euronext N.V. is an international company, and its corporate language is English. Therefore, the general meeting will be conducted in English as announced in the convocation to the meeting. Hereinafter, I will refer to Euronext N.V. either as Euronext or the company interchangeably.

I would like to inform you that most of the members of the Supervisory Board, the CEO, Mr. Stéphane Boujnah; the CFO, Mr. Giorgio Modica; and the General Counsel and Corporate Secretary, Ms. Sylvia Andriessen, are present behind this table. The other members of the Managing Board are in front of us in the meeting room. One member of the Supervisory Board, Ms. Francesca Scaglia, is unfortunately not in the position to attend the meeting. Also present in this room is the nominee for appointment to the Supervisory Board, Mr. George Handjinicolaou, as well as the nominee for appointment to the Managing Board, Mr. Yianos Kontopoulos. Further, a number of senior staff members of the company are present, Ms. Judith Stein, who is our Head of Investor Relations. In addition, please note the presence of Alexander [Defao], our notary; and Mr. Waldo Bakker the lead partner of KPMG, our external accountant for the 2025 accounts.
